For the week July 24 - 30, 2026, Florida saw a welcome 13th straight week of net new Active Patients gains (totaling 14,160 patients, 1,089 per week average); bringing total FL Active Patients to 939,980. YTD 2026 net Active Patients have increased 9,315, up 1.0% and up 18,398 patients (+2.0%) y/y. Active Patient growth had been a driver of 2025 overall market growth (up 34,997 patients, +3.9%), but that lever is no longer as strong a tailwind in 2026.

Usage per Active Patient of both Flower and Oil Cannabis products continues to be a bright spot and the primary driver of overall market growth. Flower Usage per Active patient is at an all-time high and THC (Oil) Usage per Active Patient is only slightly off its recent record high. The 13-week rolling average Usage per Active Patient is up 8.4% and 9.1% y/y respectively for Flower Oz. and Oil Mg.

Dispensaries are up 6.3% y/y to 771, with no additions or subtracts this week. Flower Oz. and THC (Oil) Mg. per Dispensary are up 3.8% and 4.4% y/y, respectively.

Overall Flower Oz. 13-week rolling average Flower Oz. and THC (Oil) y/y growth saw upticks this week, up 10.1% and 10.8% y/y, respectively.
